  • When you contact us: the name, work email, organisation, market/region of interest and any message you submit through our demo or trial-request form.
  • Technical data: basic request information (such as IP address and user agent) used to keep the form secure and prevent abuse.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website, and we use only the cookies necessary for the site to function.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and set up a trial or demo.
  • To communicate with you about TocsinWire where you have asked us to.
  • To protect the Service against spam and abuse.

Our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Sharing

We use trusted infrastructure and communication providers to operate the Service and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete it.
